Really professional staff. Got my oil change done in a timely manner and wasn't pressed to buy other services (tho I did grab a cabin & engine air filter cause I really needed them both). I really appreciate how the team handled the service and the young lady gave me a bottle of water for the road.
Jeremy the manager at Take 5 was great. Super easy to talk to and very professional. He made the whole oil change quick and smooth and explained everything clearly. Overall just a really nice guy and the service was excellent. Definitely a good experience. ?
These are the most professional and customer service oriented staff I've ever encountered at a vehicle servicing business. They are always courteous, hospitable (offering bottled water, etc ), and very knowledgeable and helpful regarding specific vehicle requirements. They do not try to get you to purchase any services that are not necessary. Their attentiveness is refreshing and impressive. Even with ensuring your dashboard settings are reset and displayed to your preference.
