I had an outstanding experience at Take 5! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was professional, welcoming, and very kind. They even started me off with a cold water bottle, which was a nice surprise. I originally came in just for a fluid top-off and filter change, but the team went above and beyond. They cleaned and wiped down my windshield, helped with my wiper blades, and most impressively, they actively searched for coupons and discounts for everything I needed. Because of their effort, I ended up saving almost half of what I expected to spend. It’s rare to find a place that’s this helpful and customer-focused. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly. I left genuinely surprised by how great the experience was. Highly recommend this location!
I had a good experience with Take 5 oil change in Roanoke TX. Every detail was covered and I liked that I could stay in my car while getting my oil changed. I had every intention of getting the “extras” they offered so the total time I was there and the bill were not shocking to me. But speaking as someone who used to not be able to do all those things at once, I do think it’s worth noting they do try to upsell. Quick and efficient! Thanks!
Can’t say enough about my experience here. I shower up with 3 small children before a very long road trip. The gentlemen checked everything for me and were so polite, I could t stop raving about how nice all the young men there were when I got home. So polite and quick working. The best oil change experience I’ve had. I was there on a Monday morning and though I don’t remember their names, it hope they receive all the praise they deserve.
