I had a great experience at this Take 5 location and will definitely be coming back to this one specifically. My last oil change was at the Parmer location, and honestly I had such a bad experience there that I was considering never going to Take 5 again. That time I felt like I was being overcharged, was given the wrong oil, and they didn’t even show me my dipstick after the service. This visit was the complete opposite. The techs here were amazing. They followed all the proper steps, explained what they were doing, asked if I had any questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. I believe the manager, Brandon, was training a new employee while I was there, and he did an excellent job walking him through everything and showing him how things should be done. You can tell he really cares about doing things right and making sure the team is trained well. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location and will go out of my way to use this team again.
Basic as hell
I come to get my oil changed here all the time. I've never had an issue. I especially love that you can get a 50% off oil change coupon by going on the website. At this particular shop, I had a good experience with the shop manager, Chris. He's professional, friendly and not pushy. He seems to know how to run a good crew and shop. He also helped me by telling me about coupons that I could use towards my services today. That really did help a lot. This shop seems to have a good team.

I came in to get my oil change and was immediately greeted with kindness and a cold water. There were two nice gentlemen and it was at the end of the day and they still took me in. There was a very rude customer rushing them, even though it was over 105 degrees out, but they kept a positive attitude despite the demanding customer. I hope this message gets to management, because these guys are absolute rock stars! This was our first time coming and we will definitely be back. Employees who worked on my car is named Jorge and Landon.
