I have always loved going to a Take 5—they’re fast and professional and always advise me well. The Sachse location was great and they were honest about what was wrong with my pan during my oil changed and informed that the last place that serviced me did something wrong. So it was nice to know that they had my back. I’ll definitely go back to them :)
Excellent manager on duty and the team was well versed in customer experience and satisfaction. They put on a whole show! Calling out everything they were doing kept me in the loop and made me feel a part of the process. Gave me a good deal on my oil change and cabin air filter! They also checked my radiator fluid, engine air filter, windshield wipers and topped off all my fluids (and tires) FOR FREE!!! Go to this location for fast and friendly service!
Great customer care and efficient service—straight to the point. They are not trying to sell you something you do not need. I have had my state inspection done at several other places, and it often feels like they are always trying to upsell you or pressure you into purchasing unnecessary services. Here, they simply explain what is genuinely needed without pushing anything on you. Honest, professional, and highly recommended!
