Quick, efficient service without feeling rushed. I came in for an oil change at the Take 5 on N Bryant Blvd and they got straight to work. No dragging it out, no sitting around wondering what was happening. Just steady, focused work from start to finish. What stood out was the attention to detail. They noticed my coolant had been exchanged incorrectly from a visit about four months ago. Instead of ignoring it or brushing past it, they pointed it out and offered to correct it for free. That alone changed the whole experience. They also asked about the cabin air filter. Something I honestly wouldn’t have thought about, especially since my old Yukon didn’t even have one. It was offered, not pushed. That difference matters. Oil change itself was smooth. No constant upselling, no unnecessary questions, nothing that felt like pressure. Just what I came in for, handled properly. Staff was friendly, and you can tell there’s a new head running the shop with a mostly new crew. The place feels more organized than before. Solid experience overall. 5 stars.
I have been using Take5 for years. Different locations, but always this company. I've always gone at the 5k miles marker, gotten it changed, great service, and moved on. I went yesterday to a new location for me and was helped by Patricia, who informed me that the oil I use is good for 8k miles and, while she was happy to check it, probably didn't need to be changed. She went on to show me confirmation with the dip-stick. I was shocked that was the first time I'd ever been told that, since I've used the same oil in my vehicle for years. I got a coolant exchange instead and a reminder sticker to be back in 3k miles. I will always go back to this Take5. Thank you Patricia!!
Brandon and his assisting team member turned my day around.. I pulled up nearly at closing time afraid they might not be able to get my oil change done and without hesitation they took care of my car! Once my car was assessed he came to find my filter was out of stock, gave me the option to go purchase the one needed and they’d hold my ticket open until I returned, once I returned with my filter my car was thoroughly taken care of and still out of the bay before closing time. Super fast and both men were very professional
