⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I came in because I was having an issue with my engine oil, and Jasmine took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable with what was going on instead of just rushing me through the process.(even after going to the wrong entrance) ????? Angelo was just as amazing. They made sure my vehicle was taken care of and back up and running, and both of them worked efficiently without sacrificing great customer service. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited, which was a small gesture that really showed they care about their customers. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to come across people who genuinely enjoy helping others and treat you with kindness and respect. Jasmine and Angelo made what could have been a frustrating situation a positive experience. Their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service definitely earned my trust. I love this place. Recommend people to come here. Not just take 5, but this location in general. As a customer I can tell there is a great work environment. Alijah (AJ) is a great manager and makes everyone feel welcomed. I appreciate the waters they give during the wait during the hot weather. All employees are very knowledgeable with great customer service. My windshield wipers were messed up and AJ was able to help me with them. This location genuinely cares for their customers and personally feel they went above and beyond their services. Will be coming back ☺️
