Today I went to take five oil changes.located at 254 North Loop 1604 East, Charles welcomed me and asked what I needed. I told him I wanted a synthetic oil change, so he told me to pull the car forward.That’s where Anthony explained to me the difference between the Complete and Ultimate oil change packages.Honestly, I was very impressed by their professionalism and honesty, these guys really know what they're doing, everything went smooth and real quick, while Charles was working on the oil change Anthony was showing to me the engine air filter and he said: “ the air filter looks good and there's no need to replace it with a new one for now” and when I made the payment Charles get realized that the service reminder hasn't been reset for more than 8,000 miles so he looked up on YouTube and did it, he cleared that reminder that used to popped up every time I started the car, I told him: you can do magic! it was a great experience with these phenomenal guys, and lastly, if you need an oil change, don't hesitate to come here. I highly recommend it and give them well deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ golden stars! I paid $ 131.20 for a synthetic oil change, I used to pay more at Jiffy lube.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and spoke with Chance. It was my first time at this location. After I gave him my information, he let me know that according to my records, I still had about 5,000 miles before my next oil change was due. I asked if he was sure and if he could check my oil because my vehicle was indicating that it needed an oil change. He checked it, showed me the oil, and explained that it was still clean and in good condition. He said that if the oil had been dark, he would have recommended an oil change. He also asked if the oil change reminder had been reset at the last location, and I told him I had done it myself. I really appreciate Chance’s honesty and professionalism. He could have easily sold me a service I didn’t need, but instead he took the time to explain everything and reassure me. Thank you, Chance! I’ll definitely be back and look forward to seeing you next time. This kind of honesty and customer service is what keeps customers coming back.
