Will definitely come back to this location! Jayden and his coworker with the long, wavy hair (don’t remember his name) were super friendly and respectful and made sure every customer was tended to, even if their car wasn’t actively being worked on. Even though it was busy, they remained calm and relaxed. You can tell they like their jobs and enjoy working with each other. Jayden didn’t pressure me into adding additional services. Just made me aware of things to possibly add on in the future. Great employees!
Joshua was the coolest and nicest and most aware Oil Change rep ive ever witnessed. He was nice and respectful and saw that I was sweating bad in my jeep and offered me a water lol. He was training a new rep so I understood the time it took. He explained everything and was able to help me with my air filter. Thanks again, sir!!
I just want to say this store continues to do amazing I am glad to see that the customer service hasn’t changed not one bit. Mister James the store manager and his crew are holding expectations to a high standard I got the pleasure to deal with Tiff and I believe it was Eric the Asm checked my fluids and went above and beyond keep up the amazing work highly recommend this location mind you this was 15 mins before they closed thank you guy for doing such a great job!!
