I came in for a routine oil change and ended up needing a coolant exchange as well! Alex and Jess took really good care of me and were super sweet and easy to talk to. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated, and they also checked my tire pressure for me without me even asking. There was no wait when I got there early in the morning, which was perfect. Everything moved quickly but didn’t feel rushed. I’m a repeat customer at this point, and experiences like this are why I keep coming back. I left feeling informed and good about the service I got. I’ll definitely be back next time I need maintenance.

Staff made good upsell recommendations for my vehicle, that were honest and needed without feeling pressured. Jeffrey, who was my technician, kept me abreast of every check he was conducting, and was very friendly and witty with a joke. Not a bad way to spend time getting an oil change to be honest.
