Mann where do I begin. The Service was fast. I was in and out in no time. While I was waiting the Young man was very polite and knowledgeable about the service provided and the materials being used to complete the task. That gave me confidence that I found the right place for my oil change. On top of that they provided me a coupon to help with the price!! Praise the Lord!!! You guys are awesome!!
Every time I go to this Take 5 Oil Change shop it's a great service experience, been a loyal customer for many years. There are other auto/oil service shops closer to my home, but I specifically go to this Take 5 shop. Tech staff always helpful, efficient, and the place is kept clean. Also appreciate their professionalism and honesty, recommending things that my vehicle may need without unnecessarily pushing add-on products or services. Shout out to manager, Darin, he was truly kind and attentive to me and to other customers on a busy Saturday morning - fantastic service from the whole Take 5 team!
From now on ill be bringing all my fleet trucks to this location. Edwin was very nice and understanding. Asked questions and he had the answers. They give you a water while they work on your vehicle. Car wash right next door is convenient. A squirrel ate my air filter and they replaced it at a good price. ( see pic)Great job fellas. You have a new loyal customer.
