I stopped by Take 5 this morning for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff (Mareena and EJ) was friendly, professional, and completed the service quickly without making me feel rushed. The price was fair, and they did a nice job explaining everything without any high-pressure sales tactics. What really stood out was the customer service. While I waited, they offered me a cold bottle of water and even positioned a fan to keep me comfortable in the summer heat. It’s a small gesture, but it made the experience much more pleasant. Overall, the service was efficient, reasonably priced, and genuinely customer-focused. I’d have no hesitation returning the next time my car needs an oil change.
