Joseph and Lakota were awesome! I work 7 days a week so it’s very hard to make an appointment to get my oil changed. It’s very convenient and the service was great. The gentleman were so nice and very efficient. They checked all my oil fluid as they were supposed to and they did not try and sell me anything that I did not need which I greatly appreciated. I did leave with a new filter as well, but it was needed.
This was my first time visiting a one-stop type of location. Take 5 was really easy to navigate for an oil change. The staff member was very friendly. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. It was much easier than scheduling an appointment and trying to find a ride to a standard garage. I will definitely be back!!
I've been here twice this past year and both times went very well. I was especially surprised and pleased with the customer service.. I felt respected and nit ripped off and my car ran so well afterwards.. They also have online coupons that are easy to find that took around 25 dollars off my oil change.. And something else amazing is how fast it is.. Rather than waiting it dropping off at a traditional place, I just sit in my car here and listen to music and they have it done in a snap. I HIGHLY recommend going here. Manager is great and every employee I've encountered are great also!
