Mason (the assistant manager) was VERY helpful on my work car, as well as getting me set up for fleet service discounts. He did such a good job that I came back later that day with my wife's car. Both things that he recommended (wipers and a air filter), were in fact, in need of replacement! Good work at a good business. ?
Great job by the team on my service. Felt horrible for them to be subjected to brutal heat in shop!! They were all sweating crazily. I really hope Take 5 appreciates these hard workers and gives perks to them bc most people would not do what they do! They deserve good pay and bonuses!
This place is AMAZING best customer service......from beginning to end I went to another shop prior to going there waited 10 mins and Noone acknowledged i was there....as soon as I drove up was greated and for me this was big.....I feel even if you cant get to someone right away the acknowledgement and I will be with you in a minute. I also like their attention to detail and the way they communicate with each other. Great experience and I will be back....
