Had a great experience at Take 5 today. Joey was incredibly down-to-earth, professional, and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. His customer service stood out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience, not just getting cars through the line. Employees like Joey are a big reason people come back. He deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. Thanks again, Joey!
The guys and gals here are friendly and very professional. They know their business and are quick and precise. Yesterday I did emissions check and registration on my wife's car and last month did some lube services my truck. I appreciate their thoroughness, and trust their judgment. Sometimes you can get caught in a wait to get into the bay, probably because this 5 Minute is pretty popular, but once inside they are all business.
When I arrived the bays were full. Within 1-2 minutes I was greeted with a bottle of water, my information was taken and I was continuously being updated on how much longer until I was in a bay. From there, it kept getting better with communication and service. One of the best car services I have ever experienced and I am an old lady!!! Thank you Take 5 team!
