The staff was friendly and honest. They took the time to check my oil level and let me know they didn’t have the specific oil my 2022 Tahoe required after the GM recall. Instead of just using something else, they explained the situation and recommended I go to the dealership for the correct oil. I appreciated that they didn’t cut corners and were upfront about it. Good customer service and professionalism.
I pulled up and they immediately took care of what i needed done. They explained everything and answered all my questions. 2 thumbs up to David the manager and Sage who had just started 2 weeks ago and Donovan who I’m guessing was the lead. The checked my tires and topped off all my fluids. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this location.
My car was being silly and running rough… it needed love ( an oil change), stopped at my nearest location around 3:30pm. Was greeted with a cold water and a warm smile! I stayed in my car, played on my phone while the great oil changing professionals did their thing! Every step was explained and my options were communicated with care. My car is running beautifully. We will definitely be back.
