I went today to get an oil change bc my light was on. This is my 2nd time at a Take 5. Both Ian Gio ( I think that was his name) were Fabulous! They were honest and told me I had a few more thousand miles to go before I needed an oil change. How many places do that ?? They were both also very kind and personable. I will for sure be back and tell everyone I know to go to them. T
Ian, Forest, and Tre were awesome! They made the oil change process quick, easy, and stress-free. Super professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Great customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil change!
My first time here, I normally go to Walmart for an oil change and have to wait a long time. So yesterday I thought I would give this place a try, and I gotta say I was impressed first off by the friendliness, nowadays it's hard to find good customer service and friendly people, secondly at how fast the process was, and he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Thank you take 5 for the great experience. I will be getting my oil changes done here from now on.
