First time.. I had a discount coupon. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. The guy was definitely a professional. I'm gad I gave them a try. They did a great job. Doing what they do. They went over everything with me. It didn't take forever like Firestone where I used to go. This is my now my new oil change place.

In addition to the oil change, they cleaned my windshield, checked and topped off all my fluids, tested various systems, and even checked my tire pressure. They performed a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle and took the time to let me know about any potential issues or additional services that might be helpful. Oil changes are one of those routine tasks that can feel inconvenient, but the team at Take 5 made the entire process quick, easy, and pleasant. Their customer service is outstanding, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable oil change and great customer service, I highly recommend Take 5 here in Hudson/Spring Hill, the one close to Walmart. They have a strong team, multiple service bays, and they really know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
