This was my first experience at a Take 5 Oil Change and I was extremely impressed. The process was very quick and efficient. What put it over the top was the customer service. I interacted with Carlos, Ryan, and Jen. All were friendly and knowledgeable. I was given options but never felt pressured. I will definitely be back.
I had an absolute wonderful experience to be honest. Very quick, very easy and all the staff were very nice! I even got to speak with the assistant general manager! Ryan was my tech for the day. Awesome customer service, had me fully aware of what might be the best options for my service and additional things I may need. New filter and even a cabin filter! I didn’t even know what that was! Both replaced an all within and absolutely reasonable timeframe. Great job, 10/10 would recommend.
This was my first experience with Take 5. They met me as I pulled in with a cold bottle of water as they finished up the person before me. Once in the building it took less than 20 minutes to complete my oil change, very impressed!! The guys were very professional and I noticed that two different guys double checked to make certain the filter and the oil plug was properly tightened, very impressed!! Take 5 has gained a new customer!
