Good guys but absolutely not “10 min oil change” as advertised, at least during rush hour which is understandable lol. ~1.5 hrs before i got seen, that’s not their fault. Only 2 guys working when i was there, totally out of their control Apologies, i did get a bit irritable as i thought (and im still pretty sure) i got skipped after about an hour. No worries, the boys are doing their best and im only 80% sure i got skipped haha Reasonable prices, almost always have a coupon!
I think the boy's name is Nate that work on my car. 2023 Ford explorer ST Very respectable guy So glad it was him that worked on my car. There two or a couple other sketchy people that were working there. I believe they were both new I'm just glad he worked on my car, not them the other guy. Brian was also a very respectable person knew what he was doing was very nervous about the new people touching my car though. Didn't look very educated but you definitely will return if Brian or Nate are there. Very satisfied with his service.
I had a great experience at 5 Minute Lube yesterday. There was a small issue during my service, but the team handled it with honesty, professionalism, and care. The technician immediately owned the mistake, explained what happened, and the manager made sure everything was fixed properly. What stood out most was how respectful and apologetic they were throughout the whole process. I was there with my son, and even though the visit took longer than expected, the team made it right and treated us very well. I really appreciate businesses that take accountability and care about their customers. Because of how they handled the situation, I would absolutely come back. Five stars.
