Take 5 oil is always my go-to for a quick oil change. They get me in and out in pretty good time and I don't have to leave the comfort of my vehicle. They are very informative and don't try to push unnecessary expenses on me like most places!! I appreciate each of thier employees at the Sterling, IL location! They are all very kind and always have a smile and are very respectful ? Great environment with great service! I alao greatly appreciate the 25% coupon available online as well! It is a tremendous help in these trying financial times. You guys rock!!! Keep up the great work and I will definitely be back for future services!
Over the years, I've been to 5 different places in the area for oil changes. This is the best. The staff are excellent: Well trained. Knowledgeable. Coordinated. Efficient. Friendly. They work as a team of 3 and do a thorough job. They got me road ready for a 300 mile trip. They didn't try to sell me something extra, though I already knew I need a rear wiper blade. That all said, I spent a lot more than I thought I would have to: $83 total for the Core tier (the least expensive of the 3 full synthetic options, and since I have a 6 qt engine, an extra $9), and that was with a coupon. But $83 for a full peace of mind going on a long trip was well worth it!

I used up all my windshield wiper fluid and well I wouldn't know how. But, because I am a Take 5 regular... I pulled in and they took care of everything. Even checked my tires and fluids and made sure that I'd be good to get back home. It was zero $. C'mon like no dollars. That doesn't ever even happen these days. I love Take 5. I don't know where they find their employees, but they all deserve a raise ! honk honk honk
