1st time getting an oil change from Take 5. The boys in Stratford ,CT took GREAT care of me … Have a car at 269,000 and the oil is burning quicker than I would like. They walked me through the reasons and gave me a few tips to try and help. Very happy with my experience.
I had an excellent experience here. Not only was my oil change completed in less than 15 minutes but the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. As a woman, I felt comfortable immediately, the process was explained and all of my questions were answered. The staff has created a great working environment - laughing and joking with each other and customers without preventing them from providing excellent service efficiently. I will definitely be back, and have already recommended them to my family.
