My first time getting my oil changed for me instead of changing it myself! The woman who helped me was SO HELPFUL! She kept me informed through the whole process and checked other parts of my car to ensure it was working properly. When I told her I had just bought my vehicle a few weeks ago, she suggested a coolant flush and made a good case for it! I agreed and got it flushed! And the coolant she flushed out was NASTY!! She showed me the old coolant and I was so grateful that she made the suggestion! Not only were they friendly, the process was super fast. For both the oil change and the coolant flush it took about 20ish minutes total! I believe her name was Ashley? Its been a few days since I went so I have forgotten her name! But i have to shout her out! Brownish/black hair, light eyes and had some tattoos! She said she was up for management position and I think she would be an excellent fit based off my experience! I'll be back in August for my oil change/top off!
I came in because my car was running hot. The young man named Landon assisted me very politely and thoroughly. He serviced my coolant in my Radiator. He explained in great detail what he was doing and the benefits of keeping my coolant system serviced. Very respectful and nice. Go see him if you’re in need.
Jordan and his team was amazing! Jeremy was absolutely amazing explaining everything going on with my car and what they were doing! I got a new air filter because it was very dirty and he explained how that wasn’t good for my motor! Will definitely be recommending to all friends and family!!
