Josh was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I called beforehand to make sure they had the oil filter I needed in stock for an oil change and he was very professional and personable. When i arrived in the parking lot jpsh came out and greeted me at my car and guided me to the drive up bay. The process for my oil change was quick and easy and I didnt even need to get out of the car. They showed me the dipstick before they closed the hood so I could see that the oil was at the correct level. Was a wonderful experience and I will be coming back for my next oil change. Thank you take 5 you all are awesome! Im a happy client ☺️
I’d give 100 stars if I could. I’ve been here twice now and both experiences were phenomenal. The first time I went, I was by myself and the guys let me know I had a coolant leak but everything else was good. Everyone is friendly and fast. The second time though is what made me a lifelong customer. I had my daughters with me and they noticed and immediately offered juice boxes and fruit snacks for them. Like talk about superb customer service, right? I still have a coolant leak and probably an oil leak and one of the guys wrote down some key words on a piece of paper so I wouldn’t forget when I checked in with my family mechanic. Said if my mechanic had any questions, he could just call there and ask for him and he’d answer any questions he had. Just absolutely amazing customer service. Above and beyond, if you ask me. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
First trip to Take 5 Oil Change and honestly… I get the hype now ???️ Rolled in thinking, “Alright, just an oil change. In and out.” Next thing I know, I’m sitting in my car like I’m at a drive-thru therapy session while the crew is cracking jokes, talking cars, and somehow teaching me more about my Mazda in 15 minutes than I’ve learned owning it ? The best part? I never even had to get out of the car ? No awkward waiting room. No stale coffee. No daytime courtroom TV blaring in the background. Just vibing in the driver’s seat while my car got treated better than I treat myself ? Then came the plot twist… One of the guys goes, “Want me to show you how to reset your oil light?” Sir. You mean the mysterious dashboard symbol I’ve been emotionally ignoring for months? ?✨ A few button clicks later and BOOM — oil detector reset like magic. I felt like I had just unlocked a secret achievement in adulthood ? 10/10 experience. Fast, easy, good people, and I left with fresh oil AND new knowledge. Shout-out to the crew for making my first visit feel less like car maintenance and more like hanging with the boys in a pit stop garage ??
