I needed an oil change badly. I was hesitant to stop at first, but I had to. I was greeted promptly by Deonte. He directed me to the lane that was about to open up. Now let’s be clear. None of us really expect to be in and out in 5 minutes. It’s a marketing campaign that works. It’s not 5 minutes, but it’s much much faster than anywhere else. Ok. We good? Good. Once I was directed into the open lane, an Assistant Manager named Jon cheerfully greeted me. He listened to what I wanted and they got to work. Along with Jon and Deonte, Steve completed the team. They did a great job and got me in and out. Thanks guys
This was my first time getting a drive-thru oil change service instead of visiting the dealer. The price was very reasonable for the Penzoil full synthetic service. The guys were friendly, helpful, thorough, and they did not try to haggle me into having unnecessary services performed because my air filters were still good. I will definitely return because of the friendly, fast and thorough service provided. It was very convenient to stop here on my way to run errands.
I love this location, I came to this take 5 on Saturday (5/16) in my mothers car with her and took my car yesterday (5/18) and a guy named Harrison was there both times for our oil change, he’s supper funny, very patient, and the atmosphere was not stressful at all or anything like that. It was a quick and fun experience to see all these guys balancing work and fun. I will most def be back!
