Wish I could give 10 stars! Came in because my audi showing a warning; telling me to turn off the car immediately because of no oil. I had an oil change in January by Jiffy and no leaks (was checked by Take 5). Jaymel found a broken oil filter which was done by Jiffy Lube. Jaymel even stayed past their closing time to make sure the service was done properly and that my car was safe to drive!!! Taj and Ianthe was a Big help as well. Definitely appreciate their great service provided.
Once I was in and getting the service I needed it went by very quickly and efficiently-- They were up-front about the issues I was having and how to go about fixing them, and how to prevent them in the future, which is very beneficial and helpful in the long run, which I greatly appreciate. However, it did take over 2 hours total with waiting in line and getting service done, and would have liked some form of compensation for the extra waiting time, with only a handful of other vehicles ahead of me, but I understand that sometimes it couldn't be helped. Still didn't sour the experience and the guys there are great!
Cordell and the crew were awesome. Top notch customer service! Above and beyond auto service. Cordell saved me in this Florida Summer heat by strongly recommending I change out my antifreeze. My A/C was blowing way too hot. I didn’t even have to tell him that. The free top off and tire pressure check weren’t things I had to ask for. I appreciate the honest guidance.
