I had been going between the dealership and various Jiffy Lube locations for years...often times to be poorly serviced or hassled about extra “offerings” I didn't want or need. Last week, I decided last week to take a chance on Take 5 in Taylorsville in 4100. For the oil change, we stayed in our car. They offered bottled water and snacks while we waited. While servicing the oil change, safety checks were done and I was alerted of a CarFax recall I don't remember the dealership notifying me of. They cared for my tire pressure, cleaned my windshield. Prices were clearly defined and up front on the signage as you pull in. No gimmicks or tricks. ? They did have a donation option for children's hospital which I loved.❤️ Not to mention, when I was asked if there was anything else they could do for me, I mentioned an issue I had been having with my car's windshield wiper fluid function. The dealership always told me I had to take it to a separate place to fix which I've never had time to do, and could only imagine the “overcharge”. I told Diego that I doubt he could help....but lo, and behold, he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes with low effort and no extra fee.??? My, oh my...what a delight! ❤️ Diego, the Assistant Manager was top tier. His team that worked on my car was Julian and Damien, who were also wonderful. I left pleasantly surprised and delighted enough, that I will be returning. Thank you!
No one ever wants to go and sit and get their oil changed, but as you get to take 5 the music is going and the vibes is great. They greeted me with a water and fruit snack. Tristan was quick to help ( very friendly and efficient), Nathan was very polite and kept me informed (very approachable, great communication skills and keeps you laughing) Kevin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. Explained everything and Ty was very polite and friendly and he was pretty funny too. I think the best thing was seeing them all do such a great job but still have fun. I will definitely be going back.
Great fast, friendly service! I was greeted right away, offered water, and snacks, and the guys got my emissions done quickly! I was also able to stay in my car the whole time! They gave me the manufacturers recommendations for future service, checked, and topped off my coolant, and windshield wiper fluids. Checked the cabin filter. Usually when I've had an emissions test only, none of the other things are checked. It's was nice to see how thorough they were! There's a whole team of men who jumped on working on every vehicle, and even the manager on duty came over to check me out, ask if I had any questions, comments, or concerns! Great job! I'll be going back in the future!
