My appointment time was for 8:30, and there were a few in front of me but they still got me out within the hour with an oil change and a new cabin air filter. The guys were kind, funny, and attentive. They worked with me to figure out a deal and prompted me to use coupons. I would definitely recommend you go if you don’t have the means or time to change your own oil.
BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD AT A BUSINESS THAT SERVICES THINGS LIKE OIL CHANGES! Hands down the best experience. I went twice and both times the employees are just sooooo nice and courteous and they offer you water immediately which is just a kind gesture that makes a difference honestly. Both people that helped me were fantastic and so kind and even tried to keep me in the loop for the entire process rather than just disregarding my existence like other places. Very nice experience. Damian and Cheyenne were so awesome! Thank you both for the help yesterday!
The crew at Take 5 Oil was amazing and efficient! I was on my way home from work when I noticed the signs many of them were waving to the road “Oil change no wait!”. I’d been putting off getting my oil change because I work 8am-5pm mon-fri and was convinced I would need to take time off to get it done. Then I saw Take 5 and jumped at the chance. True to their word there was no wait. They were courteous, quick, and best of all trust worthy. They showed me my oil levels before and after, checked my tires, filters, and other car fluids. Even let me know one of my filters was good for another two oil changes or so without needing to change it out yet, and let me know two oil types available which were both the same price. One a little thicker to prevent burn off and protect the engine, the other a little thinner to help with gas mileage. I opted for the thicker as I’d been neglecting my poor car’s maintenance a bit before bringing it in here. Helped set me up with some of their coupons online too so I didn’t have to fit the bill for full price. They also gave me a ticket to get my fluids topped off within the next 3,000 miles for free and I will definitely be returning. Definitely recommend these guys and they were all pretty cool! :D
