The technicians were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that they explained everything. They gave me options on my oil change. They showed me my air filter beside a new one and let me choose if I wanted to purchase a new one or wait. They walked through the detailed receipt so I would understand what they did. It was a great experience, and I never even got out of my car. They were very respectful, and even asked permission before reaching through the window to reset the oil life display. I will be going back.
I was first notified that they were very very busy and I might have to wait about 30 to 45 minutes. I really appreciated the attendant taking the time to let me know that beforehand. They got me in in less time than that, and did a wonderful service. All four employees working at the time were very kind, Funny, and did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back. They were are also very kind to my two kids.
I went to get a coolant flush and oil change. I received excellent service from Jeremiah and Caleb! They found I needed a new engine air filter and replaced that as well. Jeremiah also went above and beyond with helping me check that all my lights were working before my long road trip ❤️. I ten out of ten recommend them!!
