The employees that work here are incredibly professional and knowledgeable about what they do. They did not try to oversell me on the product or extras offered. All the products that were offered were reasonable and necessary for the vehicle to run productively. And as an added flex all the young men are very polite and charming. Oh and I’m really enjoying my new windshield wiper blades ??
I had always had my oil changed at the dealership which usually took more than an hour. I decided to try Take 5 on 45th and Sheridan. and was very happy with my choice. Cooper and Nate were very professional and quick. The price was explained to me very well and I was given a 25% discount for being a veteran! Great, clean and efficient place.
Elijah and Carlos did a phenomenal job! My company was having a hard time approving the proper maintenance, and they were patient and persistent in figuring out what the issues were. They were able to figure out what was going on an assisted with getting everything fixed. They went above and beyond! They made me feel welcomed, even though I showed up closer to closing time. They offered to take care of everything needed to make sure I my car was taken care of regardless of how long it would take. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they've provided! Super friendly, respectful, professional, and welcoming. Nothing against Jiffy Lube, but it has been better than anytime I've been at Jiffy. Again, nothing against Jiffy Lube.
