Service was great. Mathew and Christian both communicated thoroughly what needed to be done and what was being done. This is my second time here and I just appreciate the efficiency in which they work. I am giving 5 stars because of Christian and Mathew, their welcoming personality made me feel comfortable and that I was in the right place.
My very first time going to any kind of quick oil change place and the guys. There were absolutely amazing. They were both very informative and very helpful. I accidentally put water and Anntifreeze into my oil and they were able to get my car fixed up before any damage was caused... i will be making this my regular location. plus fixed one of my windshield wipers that needed a special blade And even had it on spot available.
Was my first time at a Take5 and the whole team/process was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Matthew seemed to be watching over everyone (a manager perhaps?) and jumped in several times when he noticed stuff even though he was doing his own thing on someone else's car. He's knowledgeable and recommended a service that made a noticeable difference in the way my car runs. But the whole team was top notch for sure. Great customer service all around and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. And I loved being able to swing in when I had time vs having an appt/dropping my car off somewhere. Will be back for my next service!
