You need to keep good guys. I like the Wadsworth store. Bryan has been a good manager for years. The Medina store was my worst experience will not be going there again. Sam at the Wadsworth store should be given a raise. Hiring new guys for more than the guy working there for two years is a terrible practice. Bad business model that will cost the company in the long run. I’m a faithful customer.
Sam at Take 5 Oil Change was the coolest guy. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, super courteous and a true people person. It was over 100°F the day I took my car in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. When I was waiting, Sam gave me a complimentary bottle of cold water. He goes above and beyond. My cabin filter was really in a tricky spot but he patiently loosened all the necessary hardware to get it out of its housing. Then took care to put it back in. The oil change service guys did a great job too. I received a coupon that day because they ran a special and received a sizable discount. Sam even cleaned my windshield for me.I will be returning for my next oil change.
