You wouldn't normally consider getting an oil change to be an enjoyable experience. It's different here! All because of the team of guys who took excellent care of my car today. Nick and Zach were my techs, they work as a team. Super knowledgable about cars, professional, honest, friendly and relaxed, you can tell they like each other and they like what they do. I started this morning at a different Take 5 that didn't open for whatever reason. I'm really glad for that because it lead me to the Sunset location which is now the shop I will always come to.
The customer service here is unmatched. Every employee i interacted with was so friendly. I didnt feel pressured to upgrade. They simply gave me info and let me choose. They also gave recommendations when I had questions but without being pushy. I highly recommend. My main interactions were with Zack and I think Nick (assistant manager). Hoping their boss knows they've got great employees!
At other instant oil change places it seems like they only care about getting you in and out ASAP and hopefully convincing you to choose a more expensive oil in the chaos. At this location maybe they'll take a little longer than other places, but you can tell that the guys here care about doing their job right the first time. Plus they happily answered my questions without being condescending. Definitely my go-to location when I just need an oil change!
