This was my second time visiting Take 5 in the Tampa area, and let’s just say the Wesley Chapel team completely changed the game for me. Marcus delivered top-tier service from start to finish. He was hands-on, attentive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Not only did he handle the oil change smoothly, but he also went above and beyond checking my air filter (which absolutely needed replacing and apparently got overlooked at my first location) and making sure everything under the hood was in great shape. What really stood out was the level of communication. He took the time to explain that I can come back to have my oil topped off before hitting the mileage for my next change something I was never told before. That kind of transparency and customer care makes all the difference. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Marcus definitely does. My truck sounds great, runs smooth, and I left feeling confident that everything was done properly not rushed. Huge shoutout to Marcus and the Take 5 Wesley Chapel team. This is how you turn a routine oil change into a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be back!
I had one of the best oil change experiences in my life. And at 70 years old and 50 years of driving - that’s saying a lot! I am so very happy to find a great place so close to home. And the icing on the cake is the PHENOMENAL staff. From start to finish I was treated like a valued customer and this was my first visit. KUDOS to Ellen, Wyatt and Marcus. It was a pleasure to meet such young, competent professionals. I’ll be back in 3,000 miles! UPDATE: I returned on 4/15/2026 and received another awesome experience spearheaded by Marcus. He is absolutely amazing. I was most impressed by him going above and beyond to replace the cabin filter in my 2007 Hyundai. It’s not easy to get to and frankly I don’t remember the last time it was changed!! KUDOS Marcus and Team Take 5!
I went to this location to get an oil change. Though it did not take only five minutes I was not attended to right away due to each garage being full I didn’t even wait very long for it to be my turn. Wyatt was very helpful, kind and well spoken. He kept me informed on every single move him and his teammates made on my car. So super shout out Wyatt. I also like that the manager was helping the team and not standing back being an ass lol.
