Excellent service at this Take 5! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement, and the technician was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He even took the time to fix a preexisting issue with my glove compartment while completing the filter change, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about customer service and quality work. If you’re looking for reliable auto maintenance, cabin air filter replacement, or general vehicle service, I highly recommend this location.
The shop I went to on HWY 100 in Milwaukee was awesome. The person that helped me was Yvette and I don't know the manager's name but SHE was awesome, too. I smiled the whole time I was there because everyone worked so well together and they all seemed like they enjoyed doing what they do. It was a wonderful experience that left a smile on my face and great customer service is rare these days. Kudos to the whole team there.
I was helped by Michael C and Jessica, and they did amazing from start to finish! Extremely kind and friendly, both techs made sure to help us get exactly what was necessary for our car - no more no less. They went above and beyond trying to ensure my car was ready and I was aware of other issues I may face with the car, as well as letting me know all the future perks that come with the oil change. I am very grateful for their quick and excellent service, especially in this heat!!!!
