They make reasonable suggestions, but do not press unnecessary additions or changes and take your answer seriously. I have not had any problems in the West Lafayette location and plan to continue being a returning customer.

I highly recommend this place! The guys there know what they are doing, and seem to enjoy the work they do. They are all very nice and willing to help, and answer questions. There are suggestions they will give you, but you don’t get the “hard sell” during your visit. Most important to me is they are HONEST! I knew I didn’t need a new air filter, and they told me my air filter was good. Didn’t try to sell me on a new one like other places have done. Best part for me is not having to get out of the car. A nice touch is when you pull up, you are greeted and given a bottle of water and a small candy bar to snack on. Don’t let the size of this place fool you. They are a full service oil change business. I will be using their services again! Thanks guys!
