I had the absolute pleasure of getting my oil and filter changed on July 5, 2026 at the Kemp location in WF TX. Jacob was my attendant. He greeted me with a smile and welcome, despite the torrential flooding, and gave me a cold bottle of water. I never got out of my car. I was quickly directed to the bay and he asked me several questions and we determined an oil and filter change was all I needed. He was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out very quickly and he even explained how to reset my oil light! I’ll never go anywhere else!! He’s an asset to the company!!
First time trying the Take 5 oil change place- couldn’t be happier! The whole crew of gentlemen were professional, kind, nice, and quick! Christian took care of me and let me know how my trucks filters and fluid levels were. He answered all my questions and and such while the oil was being changed. He was super friendly and the whole process was efficient and of course, I never had to leave my vehicle! My new go to spot!
Great job, noticed I was low on oil, identified the issue and I will be doing that soon. My last visit I thought I had only replaced the cabin air filter and told him that I needed the engine filter. He looked it up and said they had done both and checked it and let me know it was still good. Meaning he wasn’t trying to sell something I didn’t need. Happy that they took care of my car and did t take me to the cleaners. Great job will be there again.
