The men who cared for my car were friendly, smiling, courteous and honest. I was offered other services including checking air filters and flushing the cooling system. Ahmand told me straight up how much the cooling system would be - I didn’t have to ask. I have been a lot of places where they would not have told me if I didn’t ask and I would be left with a bad surprise in the form of a much larger bill. That honesty will ensure that I will go there again.
Went to Take 5 for the first time a couple months ago and had a great experience. Joshua and Charles have great customer service and changed out my coolant as well as doing an oil change. I went again yesterday for the free oil top off and their customer service was just as great as the last time! They even handed out cold waters to us that were waiting in lines and communicated when we would be getting serviced. Will be coming back!
I usually go to see Victoria the Shop manager here ( she does really well) she was a different shop but even though they did not have the full staff on my day of service, it was done in a timely manner! These techs was definitely moving with hustle! Even when its 100 plus degrees they checked everything and made sure me & my kids had water! THANK YOU GUYS! I Will come back VICTORIA DID GREAT ON TRAINING
