She was upfront about its cost, handed me a cold water while I wait and gave me quotes of everything that needed replacement for me to decide if it was a fair offer. Upon leaving she offered yet another cold water and kindly told me how long before next servicing and anything else I needed to know. She never pretended to know everything and looked it up to make sure she was correct. I appreciated her honesty. Luv luv luv Anika and her team that worked on my little Chevy spark.
