The customer service was out of this world!! Every tech was kind, courteous, and the manager even stopped by to say hello. This is my new go to place for oil changes and such. Plus they even offered me some H2O while I waited. At Take 5 YOU are a VIP!
The staff was very friendly and informative. I got an oil change. The price with the 25% military discount was reasonable. It was quick, no appointment needed which was what was needed for me as it is me & my daughter & two cats driving from San Diego to East TN and I wanted to feel as safe as possible on the road.
Very impressive. I was greeted with a very cold bottle of water. This was a big deal because it was a hot day. I was directed into the bay, at that time I was asked to pick from 3 packages that were offered. Was told in detail what came with each package. Once I picked my package 3 technicians went to work. Working together like a well oiled machine. While they were at work the Bay Manager explained to me all the other services they offered. Once the technicians were done a double check was done. All of this took place while I am still sitting in my vehicle. Paid my bills and was sent on my way. This will not be my place to go for oil changes
