The mechanics were very courteous and adept at their assigned positions. My oil change was done efficiently. One note - looking over the paperwork I found a box checked for Cleaned Windshield. This shop did not clean my windshield.
Guy was great. Did explain they were out of my oil n my car required a certain oil n was low. So of course I was charged extra for all 3 issues. Then given a 10 dallor discount. Bill was still $154. Dang. I take care of my vehicle so I ll pay it.
Take 5 is ALWAYS top notch! They keep your records to go by and won’t change your oil just because you show up saying you need an oil change. When I went to get my oil changed, they said my oil still looked brand new. They did top it off for me and didn’t charge me a dime. They’re always super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. If you need a filter or something changed, they show you your current one so you can see why they’re doing it. They send discount coupons to save you money on your next service if you provide your email. And they always have a cold, fresh iced water to offer you upon arrival! Such a pleasurable, thorough experience, where I feel like my vehicle and me have been babied, and treated with the upmost respect and responsibility.
