Went there yesterday to get an oil change and they were so kind and educational! I felt they were all very genuine! Not pushy, you could tell they were having fun! Will go there again! I felt taken care of! Highly recommend! They were AWESOME!
This was our first time using Take 5 for an oil change, and we had a fantastic experience. Connor was our technician, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and engaging, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. What impressed us most was their honesty. They took the time to explain everything, kept us informed throughout the service, and made sure we weren’t paying for anything we didn’t actually need. It’s refreshing to find a business that focuses on taking care of the customer instead of upselling unnecessary services. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free. We will definitely be returning to Take 5 for future oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend!
Collin, the new assistant manager, provided incredible customer service, especially for a quick oil change place. Collin and Nate gave me a cold bottle of water, walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, and were very nice the entire time. Great experience and I’d definitely come back.
