Best service I have ever received getting an oil change. They were Incredibly fast, I was in and out (without leaving my vehicle) in no more than maybe 10 minutes. Upon arrival I was given a bottle of water. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was pushed upon me that I did not want or could afford. Other companies (you know the one in particular) are such a headache and trying to sell you everything and anything besides what you came in for. This was just such a breath of fresh air. It was my first time at Take5 and I will go back for every oil change (maybe some other select services as well) in the future. Very impressed and took no time out of my day at all! Thank you guys for a smooth experience.
Wanted to get on here and say that I was very hesitant to have someone else change my oil for the first time. When I got there I knew my Nissan Skyline R32 would be a challenge for them so I helped them out the best I could and they were very understanding. Everyone there was super nice and communicative. They got it done. Not many places would. ( not many places would even take on the challenge. )
I go to take5 all the time and this location has blown my socks off. The wait was a little bit long due to short staff, but the service was incredible! These guys are awesome and they even sold me on differential fluid change. Thanks both Alex and Zandyr, you do awesome and have great attitudes
