jack and joshua were amazing, really sweet & very personable. made me and my friend laugh, while also being very informative and helpful with questions i had about service. they’re also super hard workers. even offered US water, while they had been standing in the heat. thanks guys!! James was the manager on duty and he was amazing. I needed lots of things done and he worked with me so I got the best deal. Every time he touched my car with an employee around he would ask them if they knew how to do this. Then he’d show them by explaining simply and to the point. As a former teacher, this is exemplary coaching. His employees clearly respected him. They were all smiling and enjoying being there. I even heard him setting up an uber for his employee. Give this guy a bonus or raise because he makes the business better!!
