Joey at the take 5:in St Augustine was awesome. He was very kind and explained everything they were doing and how much it was going to cost. They replaced my windshield wipers as well which needed it bad. This is the second time I have gone to this take 5 and I'm very glad that it's right down the road from my house. I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The employees were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The service was fast, but they still took the time to make sure everything was done right. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—my glove box had been falling off, and without hesitation, they fixed it for me. That level of care and attention is rare these days and truly appreciated. Overall, excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
I really needed to get my oil change in before heading from Florida to Virginia, and I got it done in about 15 minutes. I appreciated Cassie and Jacob for their hard work, and courtesy. Jacob did a great job of informing me of services I should do, despite me not purchasing all of them. He made sure to let me know what should be done and why and he was transparent on what the prices were, because of that I also got my wiper blades changed. Cassie was quick with the oil/ oil filter and wiper blade change and made sure that I could reset my maintenance light properly. If you’re stopping by St. Augustine and need your oil changed or other services I would definitely recommend this as the place to have it done.
