I had a wonderful service performed by the lead technician and lead shop manager? Unfortunately I am not 100% sure I remembered their names correctly. Rex and John? But they were both wonderful. They were expedient and knew the information about my kind of unusual vehicle off the top of their heads. They changed my oil. Coolant. Windshield wipers and basically took care of the maintenance I absolutely waited to long to do. As well as checked my tire pressure. They also made sure I got the appropriate coupons and my pricing felt very fair. Like another reviewer said. Sometimes it's daunting driving info places like this as a woman but I felt I was given honest information about my vehicle. They checked everything including my air filter which didn't need any changing and my coolant which did. So I think that says a lot!
Mike and Rex are hands-down‘s top notch Service Technicians. Great, friendly attitude very knowledgeable. Was in and out was not pressured in to buy anything I did not need . They went about and beyond on the oil service. They went over everything I needed to know step-by-step help me out with any questions I had. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to them I highly recommend bringing your car to these guys for an oil change probably the best in town!
I am always greeted with a warm smile and a cold bottle of water. I have never had to wait in long lines, or sit in a store for hours and hours. The manager and his crew are thorough and friendly. They keep me on track. I love that I don't have to take off from work, I can can usually find them open and ready to serve. Without a doubt 5-Stars.
