This was my first visit to a Take 5 Oil change and I was extremely pleased! It’s a little pricier than where I normally go but it was well worth it. Tyler and Tyler both had great customer service and they explained everything as they were doing it. They did an oil change and changed the cabin filter which has never been changed since I bought my car in 2020! Even the Nissan dealership has never mentioned changing the cabin filter. I definitely will be going back on my next oil change!

Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Excellent prices. Very, very friendly staff. Everything was explained crystal clear, and it all went perfectly and done in 15 minutes. I will not only be returning to them every several thousand miles, but will be referring all of my neighbors, friends and family to the team at Take 5 in Hartwell. The manager was great, Andrew, my advisor, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great Franchise.

I've been to take 5s all over the country and this was by far the best experience I've had. Staff was super friendly, greeted the family and gave them all a water, talked to everyone and made everyone feel welcomed. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and they were extremely fast. In and out in 10 minutes. This is what people hope for when they get their cars oil changed. Will be back for sure.
