Great customer service. The gentleman in charge explained all the services available without being pushy. They were thorough and quick. And even gave me a cold bottle of water on a hot day. They really saved the day - I needed an oil change but hadn’t had time during the week to take it in to a full service place.

I stopped by here a couple of weeks ago to see if they could put a little bit of air in my tire. I live on the opposite side of Lee county, so I'd never been here before. To say I was impressed would be a gross understatement. I was promptly and kindly greeted with an ice cold bottle of water. They not only added air to the tire for me, but checked the other 3, asked if I would like to have them check the fluid levels. Not only did they not charge me, but wouldn't let me pay. I drive for work, and get an oil change every month. Because of my first experience, I came back for them to change my oil. It wasn't a fluke! Another bottle of water, another prompt and kind greeting, and no fewer than 5 people tending to my car. Oil changed, tire pressure checked, air filters checked, windshield cleaned, and all other levels checked. The best part, they are $50 cheaper than the place I've been going to for years. Hats off to Earnest and his crew! As someone who works in the service industry, I was blown away, wowwed, and thoroughly impressed! Take 5 had a new dedicated customer. Keep it up guys!
