The guys were super helpful and so friendly, even in the 105 heat index we had that day! The even came to my car to greet me with a cold bottle of water!! They were quick and super helpful when I asked clarifying questions about parts they were suggesting I change. Other than the sweltering temps it was a wonderful experience! I will be going back!
The Taje 5 staff (Jacob, Christina, Steven) was absolutely fabulous with us! They took their time to look over my vehicle so well infact that they recognize that the Air box from a previous visit at another location was not attached. In addition my oil filter was loose and dripping oil they repaired both of those and then did an oil change. Took time to explain everything, got us in and out in no time...even greeted us offering a bottle of water. I would Take 5 to anyone and will return!! Extrodinsrily please and felt cared for! Kuddos to honest staff!
We did wait 40 min in bay to get seen, but from my understanding the manager on duty was training an entire crew and did an amazing job balancing business and training. Remained calm and professional. Apologized for the wait and let us know about the best coupon options. 10/10 recommend
