5 stars just isn’t enough. The gentlemen working the shift yesterday (Friday July 3 2026) were exceptional in their customer service. Including the ones who didn’t service my car ! The manager (I believe that’s who he is) was Godsend ! He worked within my budget and got me taken care of. I will definitely be back to this specific location for my maintenance needs. And a side note I’ve been a take 5 customer for almost 10 years , no matter what state or city I go to they are the best when it comes to fast and efficient services ?
I had a great experience at Take 5 on Ramsey Street. The service was fast, professional, and everybody was very friendly. A special thank you to Anthony, Zele, and AB for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. Fast, quality service. Zel notified me that my car was due a coolant service again. Initially, I didn’t want to do it because I already had in mind what I was going to pay for today’s service. But without being pushy, he let me know the importance of it and reminded me of the military discount. I went ahead and got the service and feel confident that I got a little more life out of my car by doing the suggested maintenance.
