After sitting in line for 35 minutes at Valvoline they informed me that they were out of oil. Being turned away with no oil change from a company that makes oil but is out of it was baffled in the end. My $80k truck past due by 3000 miles of its first oil change I was really in a spot, I saw this new place take 5 and pulled in. I was greeted with smiles and bottles of water for everyone! We were guided in the shop and the magic started, one man after another smoothly moving in coordination with another. Effectively communicating with each other for a expert experience. We were out it 15 minutes with a very high quality service that meet our urgent needs. We are very busy people and don't have time to wait. These men took that note and stepped into action. My 3500 black ram is very happy now! Will definitely return...
My car was reading for oil change and air filter. Went in to the Webster location by Bruster’s and had excellent service. I was handed a cold bottle of water & I got right in - mid day. When they checked my air filter they showed me it was still pretty good and not to replace yet. He also checked my cabin filter. Thanks for great customer service. Price is reasonable, consistent with competition. Currently oil prices have skyrocketed.
I am extremely happy with the experience I had at take five oil change. They were phenomenal. They answered any questions I had they were speedy. They were fast. They were accurate. I was extremely happy and will be returning. I am a Uber driver, so I’ll probably be there once a month because I drive a lot but they were absolutely wonderful Cory, Dave everybody that works there. thank you so much. I really appreciate your hard work.
